In reply to Andre Da Costa's post on December 2, I tried what you mentioned during the MSI logo screen but that didn't do anything. It's much older than that, it had windows 10 on it but it's definitely too old for that to be preloaded. By that I mean it was upgraded to 10 but had something on it before, I think it came with 8.
